Physical appearence: NightClan cats normally have dark pelts to blend in with their background of black granite. Another adaptation to the slippery rock are long claws for gripping and large, rough paws for slowing down. Their large paws also help with hunting in the river, allowing them to scoop fish out with relative ease They normally have good hearing and eyesight but lack in smell. In size, they are quite well built yet small-medium in size.
Clan Character: Night Clan are generally friendly with their own clan, supporting it in any way possible. They are quite good teamworkers because of this. Normally, cats in this clan are quite witty and intelligent. With cats outside clans, they are suspicious, vague and cold, never really wanting to help unless they think something good comes out of it. In battle, they are sly and cunning, sneaking up on their opponents. NightClan, although not bloodthirsty, have the highest battle rate.
Borders: Night Clan are bordered by Mist Clan and Gorse Clan.
Camp: Night Clan's camp is a hollow at the bottom of a small hill of caves. This granite is pawed so much, it has become rougher than normal and easy to grip. The order of the caves, from top to bottom, is: Leaders Den, Elders Den, Nursery, Apprentices Den, Warriors Den and finally the Medicine Cat Den. There are a few more spare caves at the top, used for emergencys, guests or prisoners. Through many of the caves are tunnels for getting around the territory. The caves with tunnels are the Nursery, the Elders Den and the Medicine cat Den. The view from the Leaders Den is spectacular.
Territory: Night Clan are set in a plain of strangely polished black granite with many streams, caves and tunnels. These tunnels stretch across the territory and link with Gorse Clan. A great battle took place in the tunnels. The black granite was said to have been made by twoleg activity, but as been long abandoned. Cutting through the territory is a clear water river. It is not natural, made by twolegs from another river. It is so clear, the black granite can be seen under the water. Fish are pretty common.
Prey: Lizards, birds, fish, miche, voles, occasional rabbit from Gorse Clan
Hunting techniques: Night Clan are amazing at camoflauge. In their territory of black granite, that is. They sneak up on prey with ease before running at it or pouncing on it. The most skilled hunters could get within a foxtail of their prey in open ground. They commonly use any rocks sticking out to their advantage and hide behnd them. Night Clan also use the river cutting through their territory, using their normally big paws to scoop out fish. They don't like hunting in forested areas.
Battle Skills: Night Clan are skilled at trickery, sneaking up on cats and deviecving. They generally use their hunting tricks to sneak up on their opponent, before jumping them and using suprise as an advantage. When attacking other clan's territory, they are unpredictable. Generally, they attack at night so their dark colours go un-noticed. However, when they think they are predictable, they attack at day. Their general weakness is their size or being predicted although they try not to let that happen often.
